An Image Audit of your corporate stationery and presentation materials is an increasingly popular service offered by Finishing Touch.
All too often in medium to large organisations, many different people are involved in the ordering of stationery, marketing collateral, presentation materials, corporate clothing and gifts etc. The result of this can be a lack of consistency in terms of brand and quality. The cost of producing the materials is also likely to be higher. In fact it is a very real possibility that through cost savings you will be able to recover the cost of the Audit.
With 18 years industry experience, Finishing Touch are happy to customise the audit to fit with your specific requirements.
A typical audit would include all products that carry your Company Logo or Brand e.g. letterhead, business cards, envelopes, company profiles, bound documents, ring binders, branded clothing, pens, bags, gifts etc.
The objective is to identify any discrepancies in the Professional Image being delivered through the different mediums, including:
Print quality, logo positioning, corporate colours, stock materials (paper/card) used
Whether different products portray the same Professional look and feel.
Whether out-dated products or printed items are being used or disposed of securely (problems can occur when old letterhead is not destroyed and is used for example to fraudulently order goods.)
That products are being utilised in correct situations e.g. 'Presentation' ring binders are used for items going to clients as opposed to 'stationery' ring binders that are intended for internal documentation, or that windowed 'accounting' envelopes should not be used to send out formal invitations.
An audit will also enable us to determine whether you are paying 'fair market rates' for your stationery and presentation materials. We will then be able to advise on cost effective options for ordering.
